Motor runs and speed is manually adjusted by the pulleys. Been sitting for years and needs a good cleaning and greasing. It is a treasure, you'll be pleased to own it. The tailsstock will open up to accept about a 22 inch piece of wood. Comes with 2 quills and a few chisels. $150
