Stereo system with outside speakers, DVD player surround sound system 2 tvs (1 in bedroom n 1 in living area) there's even an outlet to put a TV outside, stove n oven and microwave and so much storage space you will be amazed. If u want the porch that's with it that's fine and if not it will just be set aside for u to haul it away. I am deep cleaning and will clean carpet right before pick up so u can go set it up and have fun. O I will add the outside water hookup is awesome for when the kids play too hard lol. I will even give u the surge protector plug and electrical water hose just so u have it. The electric leveling system is awesome and the batteries and tires are only 2 years old I am the second owner. Tires have been off the ground.
