Sometime before I bought it someone converted it into a floor tom using all Ludwig parts, which includes the legs and the leg mounts. Those parts alone would add up to around half of my asking price.
The tom has Remo pinstripe batter head and a Ludwig resonant head. There are no cracks in the shell or in the wrap, the Red Fury wrap is in great overall shape with only minimal signs of wear.
This drum has the “Ludcote” granitone interior that is featured in the Rocker II series. It has a very punchy sound and works well in between a 13” tom and a 16” floor tom. Would also be great for putting together a smaller kit.
