Hello , I’m putting my home at the lake up for sale . Recently in 2024 complete remodeling of interior- new flooring- paint- hardware- light fixtures- tinted windows- all furniture and tvs appliances etc.. stay with boat. This boat is docked at the moorings yatch club at the 19 mile marker. The slip fee is $7300 per year which includes power-water-trash- gated community-swimming pool-clubhouse and great views of the lake. I purchased this boat 4 years ago because it was the most economical way to enjoy the lake without spending a ton of money on a little cabin. The boat is in great shape with engines 2 454 Mercruisers and a westerbeke generator all in operating condition. All have been winterized and I have a video of them running before winterized. The area where boat is located has all kinds of great food and restaurants within 5 miles. I usually never took the boat across the lake , it was my home on the water . Boat has dometic air conditioning units that are located in the center of the boat under kitchen area. They have been winterized until next season, there are heaters on the boat for winter usage. I come down during winter and am usually the only one here , very peaceful!
