Patterns are designed to quickly cut parts by dragging a hand held plasma torch around them. There are 160 separate pieces to create 30 products that may be produced more than one way.
Photographed on a 48 x 114” area includes rose, large lily, small lily, orchid, iris, daffodil, calendula, cone flower, coleus, eucalyptus, sheep sorrel, polypodium fern, white false indigo, thistle, cotton blossom, marsh mallow, tulip, venus fly trap, venus bloom, small man, & shamrock. Hexagon floor vase, bent iron chambered nautilus, kokopelli, dragon fly, butterfly, bumble bee, pegasus, flying pig & goose wind vanes or ornaments.
Most are 1/4” tempered hardboard to be held in place with magnets. Easy to fit a combination of small and large patterns on full or odd size pieces of new or recycled material. Great production flexibility and limited scrap. All were designed, made and used by me 2003-2010. Replaced 2010 through 2020 by new computer drawings and a CNC plasma table which will be available for a greater investment and commitment of time and space.
Some tools, fixtures, jigs, hardware and production notes are included. Several can be excluded for a reduced price. A small welder, hand held plasma torch and other tools are required to produce the work.
