1. Prorated first months rent based on the date of move in at agreed upon rent rate.
2. Last months rent equal to monthly rent rate.
3. Deposit of $1,000 (refundable 14 days after expiration of lease and tenant vacates the premises).
For additional price, unit can be fully furnished w/beds, dressers, nightstands, living room furniture, kitchen table & chairs, TV's and patio furniture; price varies based on needs. All bedding, bathroom & kitchen linens and kitchen small wares will be tenant's responsibilities.
